“Do not waste water even if you were at a running stream“

Sunan Ibn Majah

Allah says :

'Say, “Have you considered? If your water drains away, who will bring you pure running water?”' (Surah al-Mulk, 30)

'Do they not see how We conduct the water to a dry land, and with it We produce vegetation, from which their livestock eat, and themselves? Do they not see?'  (Surah as-Sajdah, 27)

'...and We send down from the sky pure water.' (Surah al-Furqan, 48)

'Do the disbelievers not see that the heavens and the earth were one mass, and We tore them apart? And We made from water every living thing. Will they not believe?' (Surah al-Anbiya, 30).
