Hasan ibn Haysam, who died in 1029, is one of the most prominent Muslim physicists. Through his scientific experiments, he discovered the eye function, the process of seeing, and other relevant information.
Fassrick Risner translated Hasan ibn Haysam's 'Al-Man'azer' in Latin and it was published it in 1572 in Basel, Switzerland. Some of the leading scholars of Europe, Vaytelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Roger Pikon and Keller are all influenced by the scientific discoveries of Hasan ibn Haysam.
