Satan's temptation

10:54 / 03.12.2019 2412 Reading mode + -

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Messenger peace be upon him said, "Satan comes to one of you and says, 'Who created so-and-so? 'till he says, 'Who has created your Lord?' So, when he inspires such a question, one should seek refuge with Allah and give up such thoughts."

In this hadith, it is stated that some of the temptations of the human imagine are from the devil. At the same time, there is the way to repel that satanic temptation. Satan has been the enemy of mankind ever since the famous conflict between Adam and himself. He swore to tempt mankind until Judgment Day. Therefore, man should never forget this cursed enemy. The temptations that come to mind at times, such as ''who created it and who created it'', will eventually lead to such crazy ideas as "Who created your Lord?". So, when that happens, one should seek refuge with Allah by saying, "A'udhu billahi minashshaytanir rajiym!". That's how it ends. It seems as if nothing is seen. Otherwise the consequences could be confusing.

Benefits from this Hadith:

1. The reality of satan's temptation

2. It is also possible to go to "Who created it and who created it" and eventually "Who created your Lord?"

3. The need to seek refuge with Allah in such cases

4. The need to stop such questions immediately

Although simple on the surface, the issue mentioned in this hadith is very important. The temptation is the most delicate and most dangerous thing for people, it is harmful to aqidah. It is possible for one to abandon the faith and become an unbeliever because of it. This Hadith presents a solution to such a great problem. It is no secret that today, both in the Muslim world and beyond, the number of people who are tempted by it is increasing. The number of psychiatric and neurological disorders is steadily increasing. This shows how much humanity needs the wisdom of this hadith and subsequent hadiths.
