Dilbar Gulyamova has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Religious Affairs under the Cabinet of Ministers.

We would like to remind that earlier Dilshod Muhitdinovich Eshnaev, who worked for the State Security Service, was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Religious Affairs under the Cabinet of Ministers - Director of the Information and Analytical Center for the Study of Religious-Social Processes.

Dilbar Gulyamova chaired the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan since 1995, and in 2000 she was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - Chairwoman of the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan. She held both positions until 2004. From 1999 to 2004, she was a deputy of Supreme Assembly.
